Award-winning and Platinum Alliance Totara Partner Hubken has been appointed to deliver a best-in-class online learning system built on Totara’s Learn and Perform platforms for Britannia Pharmacy.  

With 31 locations spread throughout East London and Essex, Britannia Pharmacy needed a robust and flexible LMS to support its employees with a consistent and engaging onboarding programme and ongoing CPD training. In addition, the LMS needed to support mandatory compliance training and monitoring.     

Hubken’s Totara Learn LMS, paired with the Perform solution, will provide Britannia Pharmacy with a single, fully hosted e-learning system that is easy to administer and offers their learners a flexible and simple-to-use digital learning platform. 

Although Britannia Pharmacy had an existing Totara Learn solution, the team felt that they needed a shift from their current supplier in order to get the most from the platform. After extensive research into a number of other LMS providers, Hubken was chosen as the ideal partner to deliver this project both because of the experience that they could bring to the project but also because Britannia felt that Hubken’s people-centric ethos mirrored their own values.   

Britannia will be upgrading to the latest version of Totara Learn and Perform, benefiting from Hubken’s uniquely modern and intuitive user interface, advanced automated reporting, and rich set of e-learning features. Key among these extra features is Perform’s ability to enable Britannia Pharmacy to identify competency gaps on an organisation-wide and individual basis. Personalised dashboards mean that employees will easily see any skills they need to develop in order to fulfil their role more effectively.
