Totara Perform can be used as a standalone product, working as a fully featured performance management system on its own. However, many organisations will use it in conjunction with two other Totara products:
- Totara Learn – Hubken’s Totara Learn solution is a Learning Management System (LMS) which is mainly used to distribute training in the form of compliance, CPD, competency, onboarding training and more.
