A number of minor version releases are available from today. The main features include:

 

What’s new in Moodle 3.0.2

  • A number of security related issues have been resolved
  • Export logs now contains the year
  • Fixed error in grade totals when using natural grading and excluding hidden items that appeared only when viewed by students
  • Database module now enables you to set dates in a broader range and respects calendar type plugin
  • Messaging screen now indicates when a message is not sent
  • Flowplayer is now working with insecure configuration of request_order

 

What’s new in Moodle 2.9.4

  • When using assignment grading in several tabs the links to individual students grades work correctly
  • Excel can be used to edit the assignment offline grading worksheet
  • Logs export now contains the year
  • Fixed error in grade totals when using natural grading and excluding hidden items that appeared only when viewed by students
  • Edit PDF: Fixed bug with viewing a second PDF on the assignment grading page
  • Uploaded PNG images now preserve its transparency when it is resized
  • Database module now enables you to set dates in a broader range and respects calendar type plugin

  • Downloading all assignment submissions no longer fails due to 30 second execution time out
