YMCA Awards is part of the wider Central YMCA, a long-established charity supporting health, wellbeing, and education since 1844.

YMCA Awards is an awarding organisation specialising in health and fitness qualifications. Working with training providers, schools, and colleges across the UK, it ensures learners can access recognised, industry-relevant qualifications that support employment and progression in the fitness sector.

The Challenge

Before partnering with Hubken, YMCA Awards faced growing pressure to modernise and scale its qualification delivery across a national network of training providers.
