We're expanding our client relations department and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team!
The key responsibility for this role is the generation of new business revenue.
You will ideally have previous experience of working in a B2B environment, and a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets. Leads are provided for you via inbound enquiries and therefore your work will consist of nurturing and developing these leads, moving them through the sales cycle and ultimately converting them to becoming clients.

Your key objectives will include:
✓ Ensuring that new business revenue is generated in line with agreed KPI’s.
✓ Timely and accurate management of records within HubSpot CRM.
✓ Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of all Hubken products.
✓ Establishing effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
✓ Providing required reporting on key metrics to the Sales Manager at agreed intervals.
✓ Supporting the wider client relations team when needed.
Required attributes and experience:
✓ Has at least 2 years’ experience within a B2B sales environment.
✓ Is a confident and motivated self-starter.
✓ Enjoys solving problems in a consultative environment.
✓ Has experience of using software to manage processes and to track opportunities.
✓ Can demonstrate previous success in a consultative sales environment.
Desirable attributes and experience:
✓ Experience of working within a SaaS / technology sales environment.
✓ Understanding of LMS (Learning Management Systems).
