What is Totara Engage?

Totara Engage is an all new Learning Experience Platform or LXP. It is an open-source platform like Totara Learn but unlike the Totara Learn LMS which is mainly used to push out formal learning to different audiences Totara Engage facilitates informal online learning.

Ask most people and they’ll tell you that while formal and theoretical learning is essential it’s often the case that we really learn in the everyday through doing our jobs and interacting with others who have more or complementary knowledge. That’s a central ethos of Totara Engage.
